Brief
At the forefront of Visa payWave technology, Optus Pay has revolutionised the way consumers store funds and make everyday payments. The technology uses Visa prepaid debit card details within an app to allow phone or online payments. However, through customer feedback they identified that the overall UX was dated and didn’t reflect or justly represent this cutting-edge technology. It was our job to create a UX that did.

Solution
Combining technology, design innovation and ingenuity, we introduced several new features to the existing app. Wireframes and prototypes were developed throughout the UX phase.
